Need a quick workout? Want to boost your reflexes? Rebecca and her team lead you through an express, 25-minute workout - follow along your preferred team member to 'mod' your difficulty between three levels!
Need help on a move? Tutorials are available on the channel!

EVOLVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: At-home workouts, no equipment required.
Come back Mondays to Saturdays for 3 workouts focusing on a specific area:
• Mondays: STRENGTH
• Tuesdays: AGILITY
• Wednesdays: CORE
• Thursdays: TOTAL SPORTS
• Fridays: TENNIS
• Saturdays: GOLF
WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST):
• 9AM on select days: Stretches and Yoga
• 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes)
• 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes)
• 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)

I am new to you guys and so far I just love Rebecca as a trainer!!! Thank you guys for sharing on KZbin for free! I’m struggling with losing weight gained over lockdown and I need something new that I’m not bored with and I love the different levels you guys show! Thanks again!

That had just the right intensity for people starting out! Any chance of you guys starting a Zumba series? My wife loves Zumba and it'd be great to have a regular show on KZbin!

Nice concept. But these videos are essentially all the same exercises repeated by different trainers - even done in the same order. Makes me wonder why bother with so many trainers then? All the videos make it seem like there's a lot of variety. And the shortened videos are simply just cuts of the longer videos. So no variety there either. And I'm not sure where all these "tutorials" constantly mentioned are - nor the nutritional advice referenced.
