I workout 6 days a week and always try to find a short ab workout to add on and I did this one yesterday. Ohhhh myyyy goodness!!! Today my abs are SORE and I’m amazed!! I have to admit that it was very very challenging and I cussed, begged, squealed and giggled to get through it. The instructor made it look easy peasy but I struggled. I’m glad I found my way back to this channel. Thank you!!!!
