The active lateral breathing demonstration was very clear and useful. I have not done many of these advanced moves in a long time, like Pilates Push-up: it was great to do them, and feel the strength in my body. I would like to do these moves more regularly! Love the Twist after Side Bend. Ah, Teasers: it’s funny: my body can do Teaser 2 v. well (I’ve got strong hip flexors), but I have to modify Teaser 1 by pulling my knees in during the roll down to keep the work in my abs and prevent my lower back from trying to help (though, it is at the end of the sess, when my abs were tired!). I will work for my Straight leg Teaser. Thank u!

Thanks for another great one, Mira! Just one question: In order to keep the alignment of hips and spine correct in the teaser, I always have to bend my legs to hold everything up. (Been like this for years, but at least I can hold it up now!). Is my adjustment still ok for gaining the results? I don´t think I will ever manage a teaser with straight legs! How about a "Teaser Tutorial" on your channel?

It would be good if u didnt complicate, u talk too much and dont explai6enough. Yiur instruction Come often too soon not being able to follow u. U made a video that a person has to take time 40 min ti sit and watch it before exercising, ehich is asbad as it can get.
