Hi Pip🌞 Can I ask you what your workout routine looks like? Like how many times per week do you workout, and for how long each time? Also, what type of exercises do you do?

@@sisselpedersen9828 Hey Sissel 🫶 it’s lovely to hear from you. It depends what season I am in. Right now for example I am injured so I am only swimming and rehab exercises. However, when I am fully well - all you see on my channel is what I love. Barre is best for my body and even at least 30 mins high intensity twice a week (or 1hr), Pilates 2x a week or bodyweight. I also do my best to have steps in 5k a day… which doesn’t always happen but if you can monitor that I highly recommend. The extra things I do is mobility and flexibility. You can find some of my 14 day plans which are available free trial on my app, or if you are more into flexibility I have a free gift to ‘get your splits’ >> https//integrativepilates.app However, my other wins are eating well - for example b my body reacts best when I don’t have sugar and the carbs I have are pumpkin, quinoa or slow release of energy. I’m not a nutritionist but coming from a family where my parents are overweight and dietetic this is close to my heart ❤️
