@@марія-д4еякщо робити все постійно й кожен день, то стане набагато легше виконувати будь-які вправи, у майже будь якому віці, 68 - це не так багато років! якщо немає травм або будь-яких обмежень, то такий стретчінг це один з найкращих вправ, які можна робити, воно не швидке, не активне, без розмов. робила стретчінг по іншим відео цієї авторки вже доволі довго (та деякі інші), завжди в захваті, і завжди бачу результат, тому не сумнівайтеся у якості даних тренувань й можливості тіла людини.

Da ich derzeit schwanger bin und mein Körper sich verändert, würde ich es sehr schätzen, wenn du vielleicht ein paar Yoga-Videos für Schwangere erstellen könntest. Auch wenn es nur ein oder zwei Videos wären, wäre das eine große Hilfe für mich während meiner Schwangerschaft und sicherlich auch für andere werdende Mütter. Ich bin überzeugt, dass deine einzigartige Herangehensweise an Yoga auch in diesem Bereich wunderbar funktionieren würde. Es würde mich (und sicherlich viele andere) sehr freuen, wenn du diese Möglichkeit in Erwägung ziehen würdest. Vielen Dank für deine Arbeit, die mein Leben positiv verändert hat. Vor zweieinhalb Wochen hatte ich ein Burnout und nach 13 Tagen im Bett habe ich es mit deinen Videos geschafft, wieder ein kleines bisschen sanfte Bewegung in meinen Alltag zu bekommen. Es sind kleine Fortschritte, aber heute Abend konnte ich diese Dehnpraxis durchführen und fühle mich belebter. Danke für deine Videos Mady, du hilfst hier wirklich Menschen dabei, wieder ins Leben zu treten und etwas zum Positiven zu verändern.

This is the best. I really enjoyed the music (which was mostly) without lyrics. I’d love to see a silent yin session with English instructions (+30 minutes) Love your channel Mady!

This is the best stretching exercises I have ever found. From Head to toe I feel at ease after finishing the routine. No other stretching exercise routines have ever helped me this much. This is best routine if you do it before bed, you'd wake feeling so refreshed. Thank you Mady. Love you❤️. Thank you for making my day to day life easy.
