22:07 Bicycle sit-ups x 100 reps
You'll need to score a century on each no-equipment exercise to complete the workout and with only 25 minutes to get it done, Centr trainers Luke Zocchi and Dan Churchill will have you feeling the burn on this 100 rep workout.
