Your workouts are great. The 25-30 minutes session are doable and one can make it fit in the schedule. I am a busy mom. So no more excuses that I didn’t have time. Thanks Ana for the wonderful workout.

@medtra I just turned 59 and I agree! Great routines! I improvise some as well… I’m careful about too much hardcore jumping and not able to do reps which put pressure near my eyes (I have Retinopathy and pressure near the retina is a risk for my eyesight). But I love Anna’s workouts.

@@playenergy3447 I used to HIIT workouts with few other specifically targeted workouts like abs or thighs or glutes etc you get my point.. and I did it for almost 5 days a week with 1 day for normal walking and 1 day rest.. I hope it helps😭

@@saharjemal557 for me I’m using 10 lbs each but the girls in the video maybe is 6 each but use what’s best for u, I would say if ur new use 5 lbs each to get a feel of it then start practicing using heavy weights before u do these workouts because they can be dangerous if your not able to, I just started my workout era and I start by running at 1 mile at 4.5 speed on the treadmill after I do an arm slim workout by this Asian girl I forgot but if u search it up you light see her sitting on the couch and then I ended the workout with a HIIT workout cardio and weights ate the most important part if u want to lose weight also don’t check the scale since it will make u wxpect to see results quixker

@@saharjemal557 balance it off as well as staying away from sweets and sugar as well as beefy foods stay away from red meats, you should try to eat chicken I balance it off by eating chicken salad it’s filling and tasty, then and key…. DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND STAY ACTIVE EVEN WHEN YOUR MOT WORKING OUT

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

starting weight - 60 kg day 1 - 14.05 day 2 - 15.12 stopped for like a week:( day 1 - 19:50 day 2 - 22:30 Been pairing it with 10 min jump rope workout & a 40-ish minute walk at nights day 3 - 23:17 day 4 - 23:23 missed fri, sat & sun day 1? - 12:47 --> felt weak since I caught a cold, pairing it with a lisght ab workout.

I haven't been in the gym in more than a year and am starting home workouts first to get slowly get myself ready to get back into the heavy stuff and build stamina and I have to say this was INTENSE. I have to admit I did take longer breaks here and there but I still felt it everywhere the next. Going to keep pushing till it gets easier!
