Sneaky sneaky workout! Dripping with sweat ! But feel the great benefit if the mobility and recovery! Ingenious! Thank you Amy❤👌

A little bit cardio, a little bit Barre, a little bit HIIT! Start with a bodyweight mobility, add some cardio, then add HIIT, all in short 30 second intervals.

Wow, this was intense! I was like, today something short and not that demanding, and this was not what I expected 😂 Great workout, Amy 😊

Oh wow, yes, I didn't expect that there would be so much cardio effect, but I must say that I loved it!! It's really awesome to fuse Barre with cardio!!! And, I also loved the mobility and strength and stretch moves!!! Terrific workout!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!

Wowza! That was a surprise! That definitely wasn't a active recovery ..that was an active workout! Sweating bullets! I did this workout over my lunch break thinking it would be simple, but I went back to work red faced and sweaty..haha!

I forgot how challenging barre is! Absolutely loved this workout and quick it went by but really got my heart rate up and the sweat pouring

Love this workout - really had me sweating and my legs were like jelly by the end! Not what I expected from a short workout but just what I needed, thank you 😊

Really enjoyed this! A little more intense than our typical recovery, but everything flowed really well, the movements were fun and everything feels just as open and good as usual.

sweaty as always! I stupidly still expect these bodyweight cardio days to be too easy but I am feeling the burn! Thank you!

That was a great cardio workout! Thank you for the talk about how it is about strength not coordination in the middle of the workout. I needed that right at that moment. It was exactly the reminder I needed to keep me going with some of those moves that felt like dance moves. Thank you!

Hi AMY! What a AMAZING BARRE cardio workout. It felt great I love all the circuits. It was CHALLENGING. LOVED THE FORMAT!

As a dancer for 35 years of my life, I can honestly say this is an excellent cardio workout that you can truly modify it to what level/style you want. And yes cardio pump up for sure! Thank you for all your fantastic work outs 👍

After reading all the club comments, I was prepared for the challenge. BUT, it didn't have to be hard. I needed the recovery so I pretty much stayed with the 2nd move or just went slower on the 3rd. Loved this format for Barre.

Amy, doing these videos with you always lightens my heart--thank you. This one was fun. (Me to my puzzled dog: "I'm a ballerina! Wheeee!") Appreciate all the modifications too.

Feeling so energized today, so did this as an add on to the kettlebell sweat!💪 Did not think it would be that intense, but I welcome the challenge!😅I am dripping sweat, tomatored face and feeling STRONG and GOOD! Thank you so much Amy!💞

This was the first barre workout of yours that I've tried, mostly because I didn't know what to expect! I took dance for 15 years, but it's been a while, and it felt both good and challenging to revisit those moves! I will need to do more of these withouts, because I am out of my dancers shape 😅 I think I'll be feeling this workout tomorrow!

Yes! I'm no longer caught off-guard by these no-weight workouts. I now look forward to the different way to work on each muscle group but with lower-impact-high-intensity reps. I enjoy the different level of engagement free of having to mentally rev-myself up in order to push-through the reps with weights. I like that too, but I appreciate and like the different approach. The heart rate and sweat "rate" are great. I avg'd 136 b/min! Thanks for bringing the heat. Like# 288

Loved this!! I don’t know why I’m always surprised at the intensity of Barre! This definitely had my heart rate up the whole time and really burned out my arms, legs, and even core! Really great add-on after a run!

Well I actually did the KB workout for tomorrow first since I'm going to have a busy day. Then I did the barre workout second and whew, I was seriously feeling it more than ever, so I hope it was just the fact that I had done the KB one first lol. I love barre and this was another awesome one that moved quickly and had some fun moves. Thank you, Amy, for another great workout!! 😍

Loved that this could be made into an all standing workout. I definitely made the workout my own. Did half curtsys and changed up the hop and leg raises. I think I overdid it a lil with this workout though because the next morning my eyes were extremely puffy and the right eye was partially closed. I've been having what appears to be Lupus symptoms from Lisinopril I was on. So, I wouldn't suggest if someone has Lupus or symptoms like it that they do this workout the HIIT way. It might cause flare ups or extreme joint inflammation issues the next day.

My shoulders started aching fiercely part way through and I had to keep the arm movements below shoulder level. I got confused at times when you suddenly stopped and I thought the movement was changing, but you were just talking, and I couldn't always remember what the move was. Just not the best routine for me tonight.

I don’t think I’ve ever added a constructive criticism before…it’s always been all positive. But going from pigeon plank into mountain climber into another mountain climber really did my back in, and I’ve always done mountain climbers on the mat. Maybe it was an off-day for me!
