I'm SO happy that I found Nourish Move Love, Lindsey!! Prior to the global pandemic, I was an avid attender of all types of fitness classes at Lifetime Fitness. I love all of your workouts, but the cardio barre ones are my favorite! Your positive energy is infectious!! Also, with having a one-year-old at home, it's awesome that I can still have a solid sweat session even if I only have 30 minutes to work out on a given day. I'm so grateful for all that you do, Lindsey!! Keep up the great work. 💗👏👏👏

I am a nurse and the days and shifts that I work change week to week so I rarely can make in person classes, even pre-COVID. (I live in Prior Lake and would love to attend in person if it wasn't for work! Exciting to hear you are from MN :)) I do your classes at least every other day at home (at all different random times!) and have lost 5 lbs so far and have a ton of energy. Thank you so much!

As someone who used to strictly strength train, Barre used to be what Lindsey calls a “learning to love” workout for me. The more I do it though, the more I can see how much I needed it. At first, these workouts were SO hard. I’m 33 and I can see now that if we don’t move like this on a regular basis, we really will lose it! Thank you for all that you teach us Lindsey. You’re so appreciated!

I don't usually like barre or pilates. AT ALL. Love yoga and all things cardio, HIIT, weights, etc. That being said. Lindsey, you did it AGAIN!! Another workout that I LOVED, got my butt kicked and was unlike anything I've done. Love the lighter weights, hi reps and cardio. A nice break from the heavy weights but still got strength. AWESOME. I'll be back!

Seriously 🔥 !!! I follow your weekly programmes religiously, I LOVE them all but I find the barre workouts some of the most challenging workouts you do! Xx They get me every time!! I follow her weekly program as well! This one was crazy this morning after doing yesterday’s BUT it was so fun and SO challenging!!! My daughter went to workout after me and I said ..please excuse the sweat on the mat!!!😂

I know I have commented on a lot of your videos but...OMG I LOVED THIS ONE! I am a mom to 3 kids, work full time and since we don’t have a gym membership I need workouts that can be done in under an hour but still feel like I pushed myself. I love your channel sooooo much! So happy that I found NML!!! 😊💜

This was an AMAZING workout ! What I loved about it: the moves are so original and different from what I usually see. Challenged my muscles in a whole new way. Your energy is infectious and didn't feel the time go by. I didn't even use the resistance band, and only used 1kg (and then half a kilo) weights and sweated like crazy (also had to pause the video multiple times to catch my breath lol). Thanks for the awesome workout. Will defo do more of yours
