I'm SO happy that I found Nourish Move Love, Lindsey!! Prior to the global pandemic, I was an avid attender of all types of fitness classes at Lifetime Fitness. I love all of your workouts, but the cardio barre ones are my favorite! Your positive energy is infectious!! Also, with having a one-year-old at home, it's awesome that I can still have a solid sweat session even if I only have 30 minutes to work out on a given day. I'm so grateful for all that you do, Lindsey!! Keep up the great work. 💗👏👏👏

Mariah! I'm so glad you stumbled over here and are loving the workouts! I actually teach at a local Lifetime Fitness here in MN so I feel your love for fitness classes :)! The goal with these videos is to bring those classes to your home! And yes, make them accessible for busy mamas! So glad you liked this one and keep coming back for more!

Hey I just wanted to say that I was a Lifetime member and would go 3-4 times a week and we canceled our membership after the pandemic but... I am sooooo happy I found Lindsey and nourishmovelove!!! Keep up the good work Mariah and thank you Lindsey!

@@nourishmovelove I am so grateful that these classes are available online at home! I am a nurse and the days and shifts that I work change week to week so I rarely can make in person classes, even pre-COVID. (I live in Prior Lake and would love to attend in person if it wasn't for work! Exciting to hear you are from MN :)) I do your classes at least every other day at home (at all different random times!) and have lost 5 lbs so far and have a ton of energy. Thank you so much!

As someone who used to strictly strength train, Barre used to be what Lindsey calls a “learning to love” workout for me. The more I do it though, the more I can see how much I needed it. At first, these workouts were SO hard. I’m 33 and I can see now that if we don’t move like this on a regular basis, we really will lose it! Thank you for all that you teach us Lindsey. You’re so appreciated!

Out of all your workouts that I have done, this barre is hardest for me and I have to admit I don't love them but I am trying to use it as an opportunity to challenge myself more. So thank you for pushing me!! :D

THANK YOU for bringing the love and energy and free classes! I'm 27 weeks with my first and starting to slow down as the 3rd trimester approaches. I didn't have a good food day and was feeling sluggish. But, I got my my sports bra on and showed up on my mat. I feel so great and strong now!!

These workouts have been great for me--First pregnancy and in my second trimester...I struggled at first finding exercise routines that were challenging but felt safe during pregnancy. These have been a perfect balance!

This one is one of my favorite barre class!!! 29 weeks pregnant now, did it with a light set of dumbellls and it feels great (and sweaty!) So glad I found your KZbin page, I am doing 4 trainings per week and can't get enough of your workouts for almost 2 months now :) Can't wait to try other ones!

Awesome exercises. All I do is your exercises during COVID. Thanks so much for giving me energy and strength. You are way better than many of the peloton instructors. I love your exercises, it is high intense, challenging, and great for postpartum. My son is 4; but I still feel postpartum and have weak core. Thank you so much.

With the lockdowns, I have tried online gym but being mom of four I need my schedule to be flexible, I workout when I can, pick the time I have from your neatly organized workouts divided by how long they are and boom, I feel good I got it done and none of them are too easy so far! I don't usually like barre or pilates. AT ALL. Love yoga and all things cardio, HIIT, weights, etc. That being said. Lindsey, you did it AGAIN!! Another workout that I LOVED, got my butt kicked and was unlike anything I've done. Love the lighter weights, hi reps and cardio. A nice break from the heavy weights but still got strength. AWESOME. I'll be back!

Such a sweaty and challenging workout. I took numerous breaks in between and it took me 50 minutes to finish it. I love cardio barre!

I do barre & lift weights (separately) a lot, bunch of HIIT workouts too. But when I SAY your video broke me, it broke me. I have never sweat this much in 30 minutes, like EVER. But it was so so good!

Seriously 🔥 !!! I follow your weekly programmes religiously, I LOVE them all but I find the barre workouts some of the most challenging workouts you do! Xx They get me every time!! I didn’t think I was going to get through this one this morning! 😅 Talk about a full body workout - Barre is Intense! 😅 Xx

I follow her weekly program as well! This one was crazy this morning after doing yesterday’s BUT it was so fun and SO challenging!!! My daughter went to workout after me and I said ..please excuse the sweat on the mat!!!😂

I know I have commented on a lot of your videos but...OMG I LOVED THIS ONE! I am a mom to 3 kids, work full time and since we don’t have a gym membership I need workouts that can be done in under an hour but still feel like I pushed myself. I love your channel sooooo much! This was an AMAZING workout ! What I loved about it: the moves are so original and different from what I usually see. Challenged my muscles in a whole new way. Your energy is infectious and didn't feel the time go by. I didn't even use the resistance band, and only used 1kg (and then half a kilo) weights and sweated like crazy (also had to pause the video multiple times to catch my breath lol). Thanks for the awesome workout. Will defo do more of yours
