Loved this workout! I wasn't even complaining in my head when Amy accidentally said we only had one more kickboxing round to go (when we really had two). In fact, that was my favorite round! Thank you, Amy!!!

This is one of those feel good workouts that wakes up the body and gets you moving! All of my favorite moves tucked into one workout, doesn't get any better. Loved it the first time round and even more today!! 😍

That one was fun but weird for me. I felt clumsy or off on moves I normally do well with like the punches but I did so much better on the plank presses. I guess that was just where I was today! Thank you, Amy, for all of the mantras in my head that keep me going.

Workouts like this are so awesome bc sometimes I see a move and I'm like..... "yeaaaa.... riiight...ok... like i can do that" and immideatly want to modify... but 20seconds? I can do ANYTHING for only 20secs. even if its 20secs 4 times. so plank taps with leg lifts is no longer intimidating and I'm like "LET'S DO THIS!"
