Kat Musni Fitness thank you!! Would love to see workouts that tones abs and aids to slim the waist. Love your strength workouts as well! I do it all the time with dumbbells. Would also love to see some strength training without weights if possible. 😊

Awesome workout! We did this one today as part of our daily exercise (+some Pokemon Go walking and a couple other short videos). You mentioned your computer kept crashing and weren't able to edit videos.. were you ever able to get a new PC?

Hii kat, you generally do 1 time all of your movements not a superset.every set we have different movements and it is good for me. But I wonder ,is it better to build muscle ?

Hey Burcu!! I like to keep it interesting by giving different moves and using our muscles to their 70-80% abilities! As for building more muscle - we're building functional muscle without burning them out like you do when you isolate the muscles and repeat the exercise. Repeating the moves in sets like in traditional bodybuilding is awesome for burning out the muscle 100% but that isn't the goal in my workouts. It's really going to boil down to the type of muscle you want to build! Is it for power? Aesthetics? Strength? This will determine which type of training is best for you and your goals!

So many curls today! And I managed to squeeze a jump rope workout at the end to get some cardio. My arms are giggly beyond comprehension! The push-up T stabilization was the most fun today! Love ya! RAWWWRRR

Since 2009 consistently. My routine has changed a bunch - anywhere from running, workout DVDs, kickboxing, HIIT, heavy lifting, yoga. Lots of different fitness phases! ^___^
