Hi Tiffany, it’s your 77 year old stroke survivor fan from GA. My foot stress fracture finally healed, so I’m back to working out. This is a great video! I enjoyed the music, and the easy to follow uncomplicated steps. I did 12 minutes with 2 pound weights. I can’t do anything high impact, so I always take the low impact option. Thanks for making exercise doable and fun for me. ❤

I started working out almost everyday after recovering from double mastectomy at 60. I’m so glad I found you! Love all the workouts, but excited to see new ones! You motivate me to find my hard! Always a good workout when I see your rug move 😊

Tiffany, I am happy to see your post today. I have missed you. I have been cleared by my Dr. to walking and Zumba. No overhead motion yet. I went to the Dr and told her I haven’t been completely motivated. I am working on it. I plan to do this workout today. Thank you for posting. You have motivated me to exercise.

Thank you so much for this walk and your positivity ❤ I hadn't worked out intentionally in 6+ months. This workout was simple, but I still felt the burn and sweat a little. Thank you for not giving up and urging us to keep moving too!!

Loved it! Perfect for what I needed today after a long walk. I have to say, y'know what I like the most about your workouts? It's the fact you are in it with is all the way, you dont bark orders at the screen like a Drill Sergeant, you are gentle but motivational, like "hey keep me company and join in!". I really dislike and tuen off any workouts where the instructor yells out the moves at you and talks of overeating (probably to guilt trip you! ) and you just know she has eaten like a bird all her life and hasn't got a clue what enjoying food can be like...even enjoying healthy food!! Hope you had a great Birthday! ❤

I love this comment. I know oh so well what you mean. Although I'm sure some people like that, it's just not my vibe and like you said I love eating so it's definitely me joining you. We are creating healthy long time adjustments with a tad bit of mistakes lol

@Moore2Health its the mistakes that give us the determination to keep moving! I would rather workout and have fun with someone who is like me, strives to be healthy but lnows when she deserves a treat, and appreciates the good things (healthy and not so healthy sometimes!) we get provided with to eat, than workout with someone who hasn't got a clue about the real world and you come away feeling so belittled and small...and all you wanna do is eat cake!!!!! I have so much appreciation for ypur time and workouts with us💕

This is my first time watching your channel, and it was great! I've been exercising regularly for over a year with KZbin videos and this one challenged me without being too difficult. You fixed it! I appreciate you! Btw, one thing I find very difficult is the hurdle and arm combination. Just in terms of the coordination. I hope I can get better at it.

Love, love love your workouts! You're great. But did you know this 25 min low impact workout has three interruptions with advertisements. Not one, not two but three. You have to stop to Skip or listen to it and not watch you. Can you do anything about that?
