30-Minute Belly Fat + Anti-aging Walking Workout |For women over 50. 30 minute fat burning cardio walking workout to burn belly fat, get fit and increase heart health and brain function for longevity - walk at home for Beginners and women over 50. This at home workout will produce significant results in a shorter amount of time, especially in terms of fat loss and cognitive health. Fabulous 50, 60s and 70s workout for this girl. This was exceptional. I just loved this one. I followed with your Burn Belly Fat + Tone Legs in 10 Mins and your 5 Minute (8 Min) Full Body Stretching Routine. Great for us who are in our prime but don't need to be bouncing around like maniacs anymore. This was just perfect, Schellea❣🙏🔥

i fill great. I did not plan to workout today but woke up earlier and noticed you published a new routine. i immediately felt an urge to put on my runners and go downstairs to do it. I completed some of the moves with small dumbbells. Thanks!!!

Found you about eight months ago subscribed and look forward to your workouts a few times a week. Even when I’m not feeling it, you make it easy to jump into 10 minutes, or 30. The time flies and I always end feeling amazing!! I’m 56 and two years post knee surgery. Six months of not being able to walk is just one more inspiration but I love that that you offer something for every day. 🩷✌🏽☀️

I definitely had trouble with the ear, elbow one but I was determined to get it down. Thank you so much for another wonderful workout. I love the balance exercises also. I’m 51 so my balance is still good and I want to keep it that way. Your energy is awesome!

Thank you so much. I recently started following you. I have been working out for decades. I want to continue working out wisely and my goal is optimal health. I am happy to say I can keep up with you easily at 62. My challenge is not to overdo it and go crazy. I feel your workouts keep me just in the right spot. I’m 62 and your the one for me that was a great workout and i used 5 pounds weights but not through the whole thing Eye Doctor told me to start using weights when I work out for muscle mass that I’m gonna start losing. I had a bone density and it was showing a little osteoporosis pre!
