Yes, here I am in the comments confessing that the dumbbell squat sequence left me a bit confused and I may have "just" squatted once or twice. ; ) Lol. But I loved the lunge sequence in the way you love/hate a hard but effective move. And always appreciate a miniband bridge! Thanks always for a great workout!

This was a great burn for the legs. I loved the first circuit, such a leg burner! I love how you keep it moving and not too many or long breaks. Thanks again for all the monthly challenges, they keep me engaged and always excited for each new day.

I have to say that, this is the best concentrated lower body workout!! Every move whether it was a single move or compound or multiple move worked deep into the glutes, hams, inner and outer thighs and core!!! Loved using the variety of equipment and I did do some extra swings for good measure!! This workout is awesome!!!!! 🔥⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!

This was great! Really enjoyed it although I think I will have to do it a few times to get the hang of it - I definitely could not keep up with the lunge sequence at the end 😂 And yes to more mini bands, I love having those incorporated in the workouts.

WOW this was a AMAZING format! My legs glutes hamstrings and core are feeling the BURN 🔥 it was CHALLENGING and yes I would love complex moves and more splits. Also yes to the bands. I LOVED every circuit. Thank-U Amy for kicking my butt in a good way!😅😮😊

that was challenging, but in a good way!! did the bonus swing, love KB swings!! not a fan of bands, i use them because they do challenge the muscles in different ways but i find them extremely frustrating. Thank you for another awesome workout!!!

Love the split workouts, great variety and nice to focus on either lower og upper body. Would definitely love more incoporated minibands in other workouts, or just miniband workouts, because it is an amazing tool! Yes sometimes you show us challenging moves in your workouts, and I LOVE that, because I always love to be challenged. And if I don´t get the hang of it the first time, I just repeat and love that challenge too! Thanks Amy!:-))

Ready to feel the BURN? This workout works your entire lower body and core by switching variations and angles of your legs, glutes and hip exercises, using weights. Add optional mini bands at the end for extra burn!
