How can your channel just be perfectly what I need. I have tried so many prenatal training routines but I'll definitely stick with these and try out all of them and combine them. It is amazing how the next movement is always what I need. Thank you.

This is in your prenatal playlist but it doesn't specify if its safe for pregnancy? Is it safe?

All the stretches are stretches I did during my pregnancy with my doctor’s approval. You really want to avoid any deep, closed twisting or lying on your back for long periods of time. ALWAYS check with your doctor to make sure! Now is a great time to listen and trust your body. It will give you signals if something doesn’t feel right! Remember you can always decrease the range of motion for options/modifications and go into poses a little slower! (The pose on the cover for example you can shorten the distance in between the legs to lessen the angle and reduce your range of motion as you bend to one side)
