I followed your workout plan, starting at the very beginning of my second trimester, and I kept it up until the day before I went into labor (at 39 weeks). Thank you for your awesome, motivating workout plan! This really got me through my pregnancy feeling strong and healthy! I worked out while probably from 6-12 weeks postpartum, and then my depression from losing my daughter in January 2022 at full term made me unwilling and tired of working out. Working out is supposed to help my mental health but unfortunately, it got the best of me. Now, I’m 16 weeks pregnant with my little girl’s little brother, and after walking my dog for the first time in a while, I decided to give this another shot. Thank you Lindsey, for getting me through my first pregnancy, some of my postpartum, and now, my second pregnancy, starting today.

31 weeks and I loved this one! My daughter (2 y/o) loves exercising with me. I got her 1 pound weights and we have the best time working out together. Push ups are especially fun when there's a toddler trying to climb on your back! Thanks for your great content!

I am 12 weeks and I seriously got out of my routine the first part of my pregnancy. I have felt like I am at my weakest and most out of shape I have ever been. This routine made me feel so so good. Even though it isn't lifting heavy, I sweat so much and didn't get bored.

This was awesome. Im 26 weeks and really needed and enjoyed this. If during squats my lower abdomen feels very tight/I experience some shooting pains, and Im doing something wrong? I was a regular lifter until about a year ago, and since being pregnant have been in and out of actually lifting- so maybe my squat form is off?

Doing only belly breathing puts added stress of the pelvic floor. You should be expanding all the way into your back and ribs. Not just belly.
