Circuit 1 x 3 rounds
- Heel sit shoulder press
- Lateral raise
- Plank to push up
Circuit 2: x 3 rounds
- Push Press
- Rear delt flies
- Plank shoulder taps
Circuit 3 x 3 rounds
- Seesaw shoulder press
- Alternating front raises
- Plank Hold
