Loved this format! But I also love the workouts that use the same format the entire time (like tabata), and those other workouts make the mix and match feel more natural.

Did both #16 and #17 today. Felt like a great combo. Started with warmup day 16 and ended with cooldown day 17. Wonderful combo for me.

I love this combo. I get bored of there is too much repeating in a workout. This was a great balance.

Hello my new favorite cardio! I loved the mixed format. It went fast, and really worked my whole body! I could really feel my core working hard, even without any work on the mat! Thanks Amy! ❤

All your favorites in one fun, heart-pumping cardio workout! Start with a quick tabata, take it to a pyramid stack, and then close with no repeat adding in some weights.

Amy could you please do a step aerobics with the step deck workout for a cardio day? I see some of the fitness channels are starting to use the step decks again. Been doing EMKFit, Sydney Cummings and Fitness Type's step aerobics workouts lately. I would love to see your version of this.

I remember being surprised at how much I enjoyed this last time and thought I was prepared for this time... I forgot how good this is! 25 minutes and I am breathing hard and sweaty and energized and feeling proud and accomplished and so, so good!

Love the 30 minutes or less videos, even better with a tabata round...who knew you could mix up so many different styles and make everything runny 😆 yes nose running, sweat dripping, heart rate pumping another good one Amy 💪👍💜

You gave this workout the perfect title. It truly was an all-favorites mash-up. Thank you! I happen to be one of those people who doesn't particularly care for kickboxing, but (as always) you gave us great modifications. Loved the all-standing cardio format. Loved mixing up the tabata, pyramid stack, and weights. Thank you, thank you!!

I loved the mashup and would love to see more of these! The middle round was especially challenging, but I really enjoyed all of the lateral movement ... something I know I don't get enough of.

These are a lot of fun. I like them as the occasional treat, but I do still like the full workout in 1-2 formats. It gives me a different feeling of accomplishment. 😊

I absolutely LOVED this workout! For someone who gets these workouts in early before her kids get up it was so nice to have a shorter one and all standing. I feel like every minute counts sometimes having to get my mat out, kettlebells, dumbbells, etc. so it was nice just having one dumbbell out. Also, my heart rate was up the whole time even though I did a lot of the moves low impact. From someone who doesn’t love cardio and would rather just do biceps curls all day instead this workout was chef’s kiss! (Especially that hamstring bicep curl!)
