I really liked the 45 sec / 30 sec intervals with the weighted cardio! Would love more like this!

Just got a new Fitbit after not having one for a few years. After doing this workout, it thought I was swimming!!!😂 Got a lot of active zone minutes for fat burn and cardio. Thank you again for your awesome workouts!!!

This was really helpful. It helped to have the choice to use weights or not. It also was very helpful when you encouraged to tighten up but also gave the freedom to just go through the motions for those who just pushed themselves today to step on the matt. It let the guilt go away. Your energy and instructions are awesome. Thank you very much.🙏

I liked this one a lot! 😅 I was able to challenge myself in some areas, and took the modifications in others. (.... Side planks 😂) thank you, Amy!! If anyone has any good basic core videos of Amy's to recommend, I'd love that. I want to focus on improving my deep core strength so I can safely "level up." 😅

Thanks for reminding us to be where we are and encouraging modifications. I had to modify lots of the twisting moves but still got a great workout.

Hi Amy this format was AWESOME ! It made it more CHALLENGING with the weights. I Loved ALL the core exercises some were hard. This workout kept my HR up and me a sweaty mess LOL and YES I would love to do more of this format!

I really liked this circuit, so fast and has you done before you know it. I love these workouts because i dont put a seconds thought in to my day’s routine as Amy has done the work and lets you focus on the task of just staying focused for 30 minutes, thanks Amy!! Awesome workout!

Fabulous format! I love a cardio workout when it includes some weight training along with it. I still feel like I’m getting some gentle weight training even on a cardio day, which makes it more fun and interesting as well. Keep this format coming!

How in the world do you keep coming up with new and different moves and classes???? This was Crazy Cardio. Adding light weights made me move slower but got my hr up higher cuz I moved with more intensity. I actually had to pause the video for a little extra breathing!!

This was my second day back after about two weeks out due to another sickness. I’m still recovering so the workouts have felt extra tough and I’ve been modifying the planks, but it’s felt good to get my body moving again!
