Thanks for another set of movements For keeping my back loose. This is similar to my most viewed video (tight hips) and has enough new variety to keep it interesting. Wow I really loved this! I don't have current back pain, but I have both APT and QL tightness, and I think these moves were helpful for both (but would love some routines targeting those specific issues too!). I have done a LOT of mat Pilates - and tons of other core routines too - and I've *never* seen anything like you did with the towel under the back. Also, I love your ombre pants!
