In this 25-minute Full Body Pilates Workout, we’ll use the pilates “magic” circle (aka pilates ring) to activate and find more connection and strength in our core, inner and outer thighs and shoulders/arms. There is a reason why the pilates circle is also called the “ring of fire”, because you will feel the burn!

You create the resistance by squeezing the circle (think inner thighs and arms), and also by expanding the circle (think outer thighs and glutes). This also provides a deeper connection for the entire core and powerhouse! Just holding the circle without adding extra resistance will give you the same feeling :) I hope you’ll try it for yourselves!

Excellent variation of movements. I really enjoy the prop sessions. The circle provides new challenges and fun in a “right length” stretch video. I liked this after a cardio session on my rowing machine. Well done!

I didn’t have a ring so I improvised with a block and Bands. Not the same but I felt like I got a decent work out. I just ordered the ring, Are there any other props you will be using going forward? thank you
