I have had this lingering low back and hip pain from doing a kettlebell video about 2 months ago, and I’ve tried SO much to help- and this is the ONLY video that actually made a difference!!! I cannot think you enough! And I cannot wait to binge your other videos!!

I've suffered 9 months of hell with a bad back. This video was the start of my recovery. I would do it most days and always noticed immediate relief afterwards. Now i'm pain free and this video 100 percent helped me. The best back pain video on You tube?

Great video to help with my disk injury, glad you took your time. Most instructors don't seem to understand low back pain.

hi Cailin.. i'll definitely try more of your videos.. i've done pilates for many years but my lower back went into spasm and tightened up at the weekend and this class really helped me this morning. Thank you so much!

I have had chronic back pain for the majority of my life, and within the last year, it became so severe that I almost herniated 2 discs in my L4 & L5. I have been working with p.t. and chiro for 6 months, and this video has helped significantly more than my p.t ever has after one session! I am excited to incorporate this into my daily routine and will keep updating after a week of progress to hold myself accountable.

Day 2 of this exercise. Thank you. I like the way you express how difficult you find some of the stretches. It gives me encouragement to find that even those who are more “expert” than I are human too. 😌

I had lower back pain a couple of months ago. Doing the movements with Caitlin through this video helped to alleviate the pain and it was gone in 2 weeks. Thanks Caitlin. You are awesome! I have gone on to check up Cailin’s other KZbin videos since we went into lockdown in mid August and I am hooked!

Thank you for this . I have been suffering with lower back and hip pain for years . Particularly at night and in the morning. I’m going to try to do this regularly as a lot of things felt good ! The last stretch with the twisting was fine on right side but on left I was soooo tight I couldn’t even get close to what you said ! Interesting! That is my more ‘niggly side !
