Cotard delusion is where you believe you are a corpse (also nicknamed walking corpse syndrome), alice in wonderland syndrome distorts your perception of size (eg you see your hands as disproportionately small despite them being fine) and fregoli is a closely related delusion to capgras, but instead of thinking that people known to the person have been replaced by imposters, its believing that people unknown to the person are someone they know based upon similar facial structures, voice, etc.

I beleive the answer to the Trivia is A Cotard's Delusion... I actually have Alice in Wonderland Syndrome, tho it does not happen too often anymore. It severely impacted my sleep as a child tho, I always felt as if I was rotating with my feet moving up, my head down through the bed, and eventually I'd feel dizzy and nauseous. I also have moments of feeling incredibly tall, sometimes I have to force myself to not hunch down or duck when it feels like I am growing rapidly and am about to smack my head on the ceiling!
