My Man Mike, I know, older episode, but it was on my screen while I was watching a recent List25. This episode, as ALWAYS, was PHENOMENAL‼️ Despite l knowing all of these facts, your TREMENDOUS and INFECTIOUS HUMOROUS delivery, ( I mean, it has to be said, you have perfect comedic timing) I fully invested in every moment‼️ I have no idea what the writing staff situation is with List25 2.0,, though I believe with every fiber of my being that either write or HEAVILY INFLUENCE, and most definitely improv, the commentary is TOP SHELF‼️ I do now if it matters, but Ian ECSTATIC that you are the voice and face of List25, as it should be. I am exceedingly happy and proud of you for two reasons: 1. Regaling your rightful place as the Host with the MOST of List25! 2. Your spectacular physical metamorphosis. I was very concerned for you when you were, what, 65lbs. heavier? I feared for your health and well-being. You owned your metamorphosis. You seem happier either because of it or in spite of it, either way, I am ELATED to see you healthier looking, so you can continue using your gifts and Blessings for DECADES to come‼️ Ps. Is Fowler around? How is he doing? How are his films doing? I miss the kid. Much L♥️VE to Y🥰U, your Lovely Lady and the Whole of Team List25, however large that May be. Though I have every confidence you could run the show, start to finish, on your own‼️‼️🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

One thing that makes vultures less repulsive is knowing that without them there would be decaying critters everywhere.
@gabrielbernard5440
@gabrielbernard5440 11 ай бұрын
Also vultures digestive tract kills any germs those carcasses might have carried. They are basically disinfecting everything, which makes me wonder if they also could kill Mad Cow disease, which is normally extrem resistant to heat, acid and whatever. Having killed off vultures as a sign of death and disease, caused the opposite. I am pretty sure many small outbreaks of disease that killed hundreds of people, could have been avoided. Because people took the dead animals and ate them, got sick and then ruined the whole water supply of the town. Vultures are fast, they would have found the dead animals on the pasture much faster than humans could have gotten them. Anthrax is a good example. Sheep died, humans took the dead sheep to not waste food and infected the whole town and everyone died. Vultures could have eaten that deceased sheep on the pasture and ...bamm...

Fun fact about Polar Bears: when they are hunting they will cover their noses when they lie in wait to catch their prey. People will tell you that they are hiding their black nose so you can't see them, but they are actually stopping their breath vapor from making a cloud which gives them away when they are laying near the opening of a seal's breathing hole. I've seen them cover their breath when they are crouched in the snow waiting for people to come out of their cabins, too.
@scottburrows8155
@scottburrows8155 9 ай бұрын
Now that's a cool fact. I know to hide my breath while hunting in the cold but most hunters do not. So polar bears are smarter than people. I'm not surprised, people are dumb. But I digress. Thank you for the info

Oh dear, Cetacea are broken into two suborders: baleen whales and toothed whales. Baleen whales are what you typically think of as whales. Toothed whales include Dolphins, Pilot, Belluga, Sperm Whales, and Orcinus orca So yes Orcas/Killer whales are just big dolphins, but they're all still whales, just toothed whales and not Baleen Whales. In case you find me being a Karen or Kevin, all comments are good for the algorithm and I have a Masters's degree in Marine Biology that I do not use so, it makes me feel good to share my wasted education.

I have lived in Florida and I live in California right now, an hour north of Death Valley. In Florida it's very humid and so the temperature difference between night and day is very little ( figuratively speaking). During the summer it might get up to 85 -90degrees but then overnight it'll only get down to about 70-75 degrees. where i am at now there is almost 0 humidity in the high desert. it will get up too 100degrees and at night will drop to 60 degrees, since there is not enough moisture in the air to keep the temperature up overnight. (during summer it is basically 100degrees everyday. if we get a strong ridge of high pressure , we might see 105-110 degrees. i have seen 110 a handful of times)

Lovely and disgusting fact about rat poison is after the rodents eat the poison they usually go back to their dens, if they make it that far, which are in your walls or attic, to die. It's definitely not pleasant for the humans once the rodents start to decompose and you can't get to where they are without ripping your house apart
@gabrielbernard5440
@gabrielbernard5440 11 ай бұрын
This is why I prefer to have ferrets and dogs working as rat catchers. They also show you where the rats hide out, so you can clean the whole thing out and seal it. And dogs and ferrets will take out all the rats, with poison, if one rat dies, the others will sooner or later realise why they died and avoid the poison...or worse, grow resistant to it. Which is why companies have to go for worse and worse poison each year. There is a channel on here where they work with dogs and and minks to eradicate rats from farms, especially poultry farms and the dog dig up the nests hidden under the ground whole the ferrets goes in and drives the rats out.

Rabbits are incapable of burping or farting. So giving them food that can cause gas can turn out to be a painful experience for both you and the rabbit. In order to break the gas bubble up, they need exercise. But exercise is painful so they may not want to. Meaning you have to palpate around to try and break the bubble up yourself. It was the one and only time my holland lop ever bit me in the almost 9 years I had it. It was also the only time he ever ate a fresh fruit or vegetable.

Just to give more infor for anyone who reads the comment about goats making spider webs: Scientists have put the gen for the silk protein in goats, so there is the protein complex for spider silk in the milk. So when you take the milk, they can extract the protein and treat it, so it can be processed into spinnable spider silk. But now it is goat silk. You might be a bit dissapointed to hear there are no cute coats, swinging around on silk threads like spiderman, shooting them from their wrists.
