We ate some pigs feet. Wait, let me rephrase that. Terry Norrid, to my left, puked his out.... causing a ruckus and stopping me from putting my "pigs feet" in my mouth. But it was close, 1/2 an inch from my mouth it was. As we used to say, close, but no cigar. As far as what it really tasted like, I have no idea.

Actually my neighbor loves pigs feet, he eats the pigs feet then saves the juice in the jar and makes pickled eggs, the eggs are really good, so I will not eat pigs feet, but I buy the jar, give him the feet and now I have a brine for pickled eggs, oh BTW that stuff is pricey.

@@markcab2055 My wifes mother loved them (argh), but she also liked head cheese and blood sausage. She passed away at 96. She could answer any (I mean any) question you had about gardening or cooking (seriously, I was like wow). She could stand there and spew.... green beans, x (wide) by x (length), fertilizer, 8 foot poles..... she had done that since she was a kid. I'm rambling, be good, be safe !!
