So guys just to put this video into a bit of context, i spent alot of time, alot of time researching and looking into the subjects ive covered in this video, i genuinely wanted to make a bangkok video thats a little different hopefully to others that are out there and cover some subjects that are not always talked about but i feel are an integral part of modern day bangkok and thailand, it not meant in any way to shock offend or split opinion it is just a look with a lot of research at some of the modern aspects of a country far different than our own uk and hopefully ive manged to show these things with the upmost respect to both thailand and everybody watching .... be assured this video is just a standalone video and none of the others in the series are in the style or sense, Big Love everybody and i genuinely hope your enjoyed the video ... just a last note most of the research for this video came from thethaiger.com/ should anyone be interested in looking anything ive covered or more about thailand

Adam mate,we have followed you since the beginning and have such respect for you as a vlogger but have to say you excelled yourself on this vid,we were very dubious about watching these Thailand vids for what we might see that we don't want to see(animal cruelty etc) but we are so glad we watched as you spoke so eloquently and we're so informative it was a pleasure to watch, and your thai is so much more than basic, respect 🙏and congrats on talking about taboo subjects so respectfully 👌the cat cafe was top!🥰 We are now looking forward to your next episode.thanks for the insight 👍stay safe mate 😊

Gotta love the "land of smiles"......Bangkok is definitely a culture shock, I stayed in Nana (forgive my spelling) about 20yr ago, it was a lively place at night😉😂 I wonder what they give those cats to get them that chilled?!?

Oh wow that video was mind blowing and such an eye opener!! You've obviously worked so hard researching and putting it all together but I must say it was well worth the effort .... all the knowledge and sights you've shown was better than any TV documentary because it was done from the heart and with so much love and respect. Thank you and massive appreciation for everything in this video, all the previous ones and the ones to come .... I can't wait!

Your very under appreciated and having 32k subs is a insult to the brilliance and charisma you bring to this channel. if your reading this comment lets help Adam get the 100k subs he should have by now and share this video on social media it only takes a few seconds but will help brother Adam get the recognition he deserves. best wishes all and Adam and family.

Very interesting, glad to see you happy and something different for the channel, always good to mix it up. My personal opinion; I find most capital city’s, or large metropolitan areas in the world to be overpopulated, congested, anxiety inducing and relatively similar - countryside all day for me, look forward to seeing more of rural Thailand on your travels! I truly think the magic of these types of country’s is to be found in the rural settings. Still an awesome video and thanks for bringing us with you!- I do think the rural, beach and countryside settings you thrive in, and super excited to see them. Stay safe and stay stealthy!!

Awesome video Adam buddy I love you as friend yes I've not met you yet. Hope to one day. I really appreciate your in put on cannabis. I was a smoker and I grew afew plants and got busted 48 hours in cell. And in the end a CID officer let me go saying he was one of three brothers and they were not all like him. I believe cannabis can help alot of people especially though who are disabled and have fits. I know I man who suffers with strokes and the Dr's have said they'll be one stroke which eventually will be his last. His smokes because it helps keep him here. So far he's not had a stroke which has affected him, of course it does mentally which is why he uses. I stopped smoking a year ago because I'm scared of getting caught using. My story I've been in and out of hospital for over 25 years. I got diagnosed with ostiosarcoma cancer at the age of 14 years old. I started smoking at the age of 18. It helped me with all the years in hospital and in tons of pain. I've smoked with Dr's in hospital and even took it to hospital. I once helped a guy who was going to cut off his own arm and talked to nurses and doctors of his to put him back on a drug which takes pain away. If I wasn't a smoker at that time I would have not helped as much. I also met a motorbike rider while I was in a wheelchair, he wasn't with it and I saw his motorcycle in a car park before I saw him. Then saw him and tried speaking to him and 1st he ignored me and blanked me. I wheeled myself up to him and got him to talk to me. His friend had an accident and come off his motorbike, he broke his back. I reassured him he'll be okay he's still here. He'll be able to ride a trike and still do motorcycle. You should have see he's face as he was looking at me a guy in a wheelchair with his leg raised up and in a support that was me. I was positive and spread the love. I believe to this day if he got on his motorcycle with out my talking to he wouldn't be here. I'd just gone out for a smoke of cannabis. I didn't have a worry. I was happy. Even though I was in pain and had futher issues. I cheered people up yes I was stoned. I helped people even when I was stoned. Since giving up My mental health has crashed I'm stable with tablet's. I help people still as I'm a cycle leader for a local charity group, I'm also a Sunday school teacher, I also attended the Men's Shed which is for Men's Mental Health as alot of people with mental health take their own lives. If cannibis was legal suicide rates would drop. Also the red light area you mentioned. Men again sorry Lady's. Men need loving and sorry sex. I lost my virginity at 27 and had a four year relationship. She left me while I was hospital. I'm sure women do to need loving. I also had a gay experience, thinking I was gay. It was a good experience, I'm not gay though as I found out it wasn't my cuppa tea. Totally respect gay guy's or girl's. Just not for me. I can at least say I had a good experience 😂. I've still got another 20 minutes of your video left. I totally understand you buddy. Totally hats off to you for mentioning all this on your channel buddy. I respect you even more Adam. I thought I mentioned my life to you as you have opened up on your channel. God bless buddy and big respect mate. I want to meet you even more just to have a laugh and a cuppa mate 😉. I know you smoke. Do you smoke weed, I'm sure a lot of people are going to ask now!! Lol

Really interesting vid. I was there in September for four weeks, but went south to Trat for a few days, lovely little sleepy town, back to Bangkok, then worked my way east all the way to Ubon Ratchathani and the border with Laos. Barely saw another Westerner the whole time, and cheap because it was proper low season. There’s great if pricey broccoli 🥦 to be had at Cloud Nine in Nana, and I got some fantastic pollen from Fat Buds in Ekkamai 😉

11:28 you are wrong brother . I’m from the West Midlands uk . Royal Mail deliver my cannabis monthly , can buy up to 3 ounces a month . You pay £100 for a meeting with a clinician . You get doctor history and send it to them.. if you are eligible under there medical guidelines for example .. anxiety , ptsd and a long list of illnesses , you then pay a further £100 for legal license card government approved so you can prove to authority that you are a legal smoker.. you then go online on numerous pharmaceutical dispensers . It’s as easy as ordering McDonald’s from just eat and that’s no exxaggeration .
