Most of the animals we are eating have undergone evolution along with the whole ecosystem n in a food chain animals eat other animals n other animals eat them..and this has never caused any risk to animals consuming them but lab meat is untested we don't know how similar or exactly same these are to animals n what is the effect of consuming this meat on humans ,while it may be a non violent alternative n given that we are on top of food chain n being so much in population we put a disproportionate load on other animals considering that labmeat saves on land n clearing forests etc .but safety is a key concern that needs due diligence again with climate change animals also may undergo stress n they can't always put animals in a/c considering all this it's a better alternative for meat eaters ..n even vegetarians could consider it but again natural plants vs lab plants ..I would always go for natural that has undergone years of evolution

This argument sounds good from capitalist point of view & funded research industry point of view, but I have a basic question, CULTIVATED MEAT is aimed to reduce the waste of natural resources i e water, plants, crops, vegetation, CH4 reduction, etc, why someone can't do such kind of research to enhance the GREENERIES to grow at faster rate thereby we get better natural feed to all animals & parallely get the benefit of food rainfall. Think in reverse & bring the change. I know why they are not attempting this choice!!!! Answer is simple, they can't market it to make profit. 😢😢😢😢😢
