Если провод трамвая немного выше проводов троллейбусной КС то как тогда трамвай может проехать эту пересечку не зацепив своим одним "рогом" КС троллейбуса?

I would think it's the other way around, as a tram would take more time to stop, decreasing the likelyhood it will get stuck at a dead section. The dead section is so short that it likely wouldn't matter either way. They just need to keep the tram's pantograph from shorting hot and neutral together when it crosses

Interesting, I wonder how the poles are able to stick to the overhead wires. Probably John Ward will know !!

I believe it's due to the springs on the bottom of the poles, pulling the poles upward while applying enough pressure to wires as to not damaged them
