This is incredible! Feel it everywhere and also feel stretched. Keeping the back imprinted has been huge for me in doing these workouts without back pain and I feel it's helping me uncover/create a stronger core too. Thank you!

Your workouts are AMAZING!! Finding myself not wanting to do them (lol) inner self but I believe they’re taking me to the next level!! Thought I was strong but I’m seeing my abs giving out and my quads taking over sooooo I’m going to venture your direction to see if I can get past that and add strength where I’m lacking! Glad I found you!! Thanks ❤

I love this workout but my back hurts a little afterwards... is that because I'm inflexible or am I doing something wrong???

New subscriber. I am really into your channel. Thank you for your generosity and spirit and working my body! But I'm hard of hearing and find it a little difficult to hear you. I'm using a separate speaker and captions and still the balance of the music and the room acoustics are challenging. I tend to have to pick youtube videos based on who i can hear best, but you're my favorite pilates/nutrition instructor i've found and I want to keep working out with you. I just wish i could hear you more clearly. It's always really emotionally fraught and a contradiction to be stressing or straining to hear when working out. Is there a way to get a small mic? or edit the audio levels before posting?

Hi love I hope you’re doing amazing ☺️ I just wanted to ask you if you don’t mind.. why is it so hard for me to do a plank? 😅 my wrists feels weak when I do planks its like they’re gonna break off 😭 does that mean I have weak arms? if so is there any Pilates workout to strengthen and make my arms a bit stronger? Thank you 😘

plank are always a bit challenging at first and you need to do them almost daily to build strength in your wrists and overall body xx start with doing them on your knees

I really like you and your energy but if you did that little jingle in every video I couldn't watch. like one move was fun but by the end of the workout it was so annoying. im sorry just please mute it if you end up doing that. cause I couldn't relax at all
