@Jairamyoga most welcome sir ☺️ mene khud apki video se he apna 15kg kam kiya hai wo bhi sirf 20 dino mai bus mehnat karo fal ki chinta mat karo wo apne aap milega or sir muje thyroid ki problem hone ke bad bhi mene apna Weight kam kiya wo bhi sirf apki wajah se hua hai 🙏 thank you so much itni mehnat se samjhnae ke liye sach mai apne mera pura ziwan badal diya mene socha nhi tha mera weight kam hoga thyroid ki wajah se lakin apki wajah se hua bus thodi mehnat or life change ho gai thank you so much Dil se ❤️🙏☺️

@divya-aaaa Normal ghar ka khana 8 bje 12 bje 4 bje 8 bje lakin pet bhar ke khana nhi khana hai salad or fruits se pet bharna hai khana kam khana hai agar aap 4 roti khate ho to 2 Khao or 2 roti jitna salad Khao phir dekho Kamal ho jayega 🤗

Aapki video bhot acchi hoti he aapki video dekhke bhot hi motivated ho jate he aap bhot hi accha bolte he👌👌👌mene aapke kafi video dekhe he bt plz ek help kr dijiye ek confusion he... 1 month bad hmare ghar ek function he esliye muje 1 month me jldi weight loss k liye 1 month 3 time luki or 1 time cucumber slad aese diet krna chahiye..... Or agr kr liya fir next month normal diet pe anese weight jyada to nhi badh jayega na? Plz mera confusion solve kr dijiye🙏

Haan, jab aap koi nayi exercise start karte hain, toh starting ke 2-3 din thoda pain hona normal hai. Yeh muscle soreness hota hai, jo aapke body ke naye routine ko adapt karne ka hissa hota hai. Jaise-jaise aap exercise karte rahenge, yeh pain dheere-dheere kam ho jayega.
