Sir main apne nails se last 3 saal se pareshan thi. Khadi line se toot te the aur split ho jaate the. Mere kapdo mein aur baalo me fasta tha aur bohot pain hota tha. Bohot dawai aur vitamins aur biotin Liya but koi farak nai pada. But anulom vilom aapki batai hui trick se kiye mere nails 10 dinn mein theek ho gaye aur badhne lage. Mere pair ki swelling bhi chali gai sir Thanks a ton. God bless you and your family.

Sir, agar mai anulom vilom karte waqt focus nahi kar paa raha hun toh kya karein? Kyunki aapne bataya 95% kaam mind ka hi hai. Mind abhi focus nahi kar paa raha , isiliye hi anulom vilom karna chah raha hun.

thanks sir mae bhi half an hour pranayam karti bhasrika 150 tak karti hu fir 1000 stroke kapalbharti karti hu and 30 round anlom vilom karti hun sir i am happy to say mere face par bhut pigmentation tha jo bhut years purana tha myjhe kai logo be kaha ki rekha tere face se pigmentation kam ho gai and face clear ho gaya.Thanks sir

Sir mai bhi 5 5 5 krti hu.. Sir anulom vilom din me 20 min. Krti hu kitne dino me fayda dikhne lag jayega mujhe off balance pair dard naso ke dard hota h.. Sir plz reply kijiye 😢🙏
