This video gives me a huge sense of loneliness not necessarily a bad thing juts something I picked up, I guess in general loneliness isn’t inherently a negative thing, the things we choose to become and do with that loneliness is what’s negative or positive. Then again I’m sure that loneliness brought you to this beautiful Art piece of a song so despite that feeling I sense peace as well.

Being lonely has its pros & cons. Some people crave others around them instead of being lonely. Sometimes having people around can lead to bad decisions because you don't know if they really want to be your friend or they wanna use you. Sometimes that can be stressful if those people don't understand you. Those are the cons. The pros of being lonely: you can tell who the real people are who wants to be around you vs all the fakes, toxic people, or enablers who want you to make bad decisions. You can be yourself, focus on the things that are important to you, not having to worry about what others think. You don't have to do what society wants you to do, you can do your own thing. Stress free. In the end there's more pros to being lonely than cons.

being alone is something and being lonely is a bit different to that, from my experience loneliness (I consider it to be a bad feeling) comes from being uncomfortable with being alone. Being alone is not inherently good or bad but I've found it can be pretty damn cool.

This seems like one of those hyper self reflective self improvement videos with silent asmr mode on first glance.. On the surface it might seem like positive motivational content... But the vid though gives off a vibe that while the guy is clearly achieving personal goals, there might be something else going on lurking and hidden, like the silent battles everyone faces alone... Checking some other vids on this channel it also gives off an unsettling eerie rabbit hole or Alternate Reality Game vibe in which things might not be what it seems, and there are hidden subliminal messages or mysterious clues that need piecing together.. i.e. the titles of the videos are numbered, overlayed by strange background music. The quality of scenes gives off a combo between "normal" and "pale", almost like something is clearly off colour. Everything seems very unsettling. The uncanny valley between "everything is fine" and "possible danger / horror". Also the guy seems anemic or perhaps deficient in something maybe (Vit D, magnesium, lycopene, etc) Hope everything is okay and the fears are unfounded. 😢
