Waking up at 5am is literally the best thing I can do for myself. I love. It. I also stopped drinking alcohol, I exercise everyday, don’t look at my phone until I go to work, I journal every morning, and go to bed around 9-10. My energy levels are great, I feel emotionally stable, my stress is manageable, and my sleep is much better.

@@solasidojspfrom my experience waking up early doesn’t get easier you just get more used to it. That may just be true for me tho. I’m a night owl so I really struggled to start. Since I knew I was never going to like it I ended up just forcing myself to lay down like a half an hour before going to bed. To start you really have to force yourself and you may fail multiple times but just keep trying. You could try to make yourself tired so you are more motivated to sleep.

Guys, please, please, please sleep well! I watched your video with my full attention for 16 minutes. My sleep schedule had been completely messed up. One day, I just fell while running. My ears were ringing, my vision was blurred, and I was so dizzy that I vomited. I really thought I was going to pass out. It was the day I didn’t sleep at all because I was cramming for an exam. My body kept sending me signals that I was in danger, but I ignored them somehow. Now I clearly understand that quality sleep and a healthy sleep schedule are really important. I’ve started tracking my habits and writing a journal every day to build better routines and stick to good habits. Wish me luck with this challenge, and I hope you all have a good night’s sleep!

It's actually so nice to feel in control of your life. I finished high school last year and I pretty much threw all of the time I had had since that day away. Two months ago I started studying again and now I know what I want for my life. I'm also completely focoused on the gym, following 100% the diet and stuff and the thing is, waking up early really is the sh*t. As much as I know I could just stay in bed the whole day, I feel the need to do something, to take care of my health and to take another step towards my dream, so, my advice to anyone feeling lost atm is: even if you got nothing to do in the morning, wake up early, eat something good and talk to your parents, to your dog, to the tree, go breath some fresh air in the garden and honestly, leave the phone on your desk just for once. 1% is also progress!

I used to sleep at 4/5am, wake up at 2/3pm. I changed that about 4 months ago and my life has drastically improved since. Up at 5/6 everyday, it is a superpower. This is totally out of context of this all... but you have an amazing voice, as if I was listening to ASMR. Anyways, I definitively agree, I've been waking up at 5-5:30 for the past few months, take a walk, yoga and cold shower, that stuff helped me a lot mentally. Now I see I am slipping back, life seems to be going in a direction I am not okay with but yeah, still there happens to be days in a week where my morning goes like "I want to wake up, I know I want to and have to but I can't bring any energy to it." Which I am trying to figure out. But the rest of the day, the whole day after my morning just feels different, like when you have your shit together. The day is calmer, stuff goes a little bit easier. Some people make fun of it, some go like "that stuff isn't much this is what matters blah blah blah..." *No,* your start of the day determines how you feel when you go back to bed the same night and how you spend the day. It helps you do hard stuff and find the calmness in life, and perhaps even find something inside yourself you didn't knew about.

Prophet Muhammad PBUH , said “O' Allah, give barakah for my ummah, in the early hours of the morning.” Which Means that may God give blessings to the one who wakes up early and starts his day off early. And that’s something us Muslims do every single day we have 5 daily prayers with the hardest one being the morning prayer which is around 4:30-5 AM. Another thing I noticed you talking about is alcohol another thing us Muslims don’t do (forbidden in Islam). Reason being, you spend tons of money to get “Wasted” wake up hungover, drowsy, possibility of liver failure, drunk driving etc etc etc. This has been stated 1400 years ago along side so many other great beneficial things for us humans. Allahu Akbar!

Yeah facts, we Muslims have to wake up every day at 4:30 (where I live) 😂 Alhamdoulillah

Great video! Sadly, my two year relationship ended a month ago. The person I thought was the love of my life decided to leave, and I’m still deeply in love with him. I can’t stop thinking about him, and despite all my efforts to win him back, nothing has worked. I feel so frustrated and can’t imagine being with anyone else. No matter what I do, he’s always on my mind, and I miss him terribly.

Letting go of someone you love is incredibly hard. I went through a similar experience when my twelve year relationship ended. I couldn't bear to lose him, so I did everything I could to rekindle our relationship. Eventually, I sought the help of a spiritual counselor, who guided us back together.

Wow, that’s incredible! How did you find a spiritual counselor, and how can I get in touch with him?

His name is Fatherabulu, and he’s an amazing spiritual counselor who specializes in helping people reconnect with their ex.

You could ask God to take it away, to solve it. I remember praying the Mary Undoer of Knots novena (im a Catholic so no surprise there:) when i had a similar thing and was going through a heartache, and even though i did not have much hope for it, i decided to trust Him, and after few months, little by little, it went away. God took it away from me, as I asked Him to do as He pleases. But, yeah, Jesus is the best medicine:] i don't know how else to put it. He knows, truly only He knows how hurt we are. God bless You, dear!! Anything is possible with God, truly anything!!!❤️🔥❤️🔥🕊

Awesome bro!! Been realizing that peaceful mood too in wake up early, and this feeling of more time in our lives, and consequently, more control. It's awesome! Trying to put more in practice!

12:36 Diese eigene Realisation, wie weit du schon gekommen bist… Respekt an der Stelle. Mach weiter so!

Lmfaoo humans are so gullible. I am in no way discrediting his thoughts and words; however i'd like for you reading my comment to take a look at these replies in this video. "Your personality is so attractive 😍" like come ON.

Great video, love the slow-paced realistic content you bring here, it's my first time here and you really convinced me to try out this thing called sleep. Most of my life in high school I have lived with a terrible sleep schedule and in a months time I am heading to college. My sleep schedule consists of 2 things. 1: Oh I don't have anything to do tomorrow or the day after -> stay up till 5AM then sleep 2: Oh I have school/work tomorrow -> sleep at 11-12PM To me this worked though my entire life but when I had school I felt so much better then in the weekends, vacations and holidays. I still have about 1.5 months left to do whatever until school starts but just know you convinced me to better my schedule so I get more quality sleep, something my moms been drilling me aswell for eternity. Keep up the good work!

My guy, you boosted my mood so much haha. The way you film your videos so spontaneouslly is great. And to see you speak and think really makes you feel like you're just having a talk with a friend while taking some advice. I've been trying to wake up sooner cause I know it's mine root of the problem and yea hopefully this is the last video I'll have to watch about it. Keep up the good work 💪

The end where you said that you can become rigid and scare of what could be if you don't treat yourself once you feel in control is a feeling i thought not a lot of other people felt and i couldn't describe it well. Very interesting to listen to.
