A stock bottom end LS9 is almost bullet proof. Those things can handle 1000 horse all day. This car isn’t even close to stressing that motor.

Fran proving why his shop is the gold standard yet again. All of the little “intangibles” that other shops wouldn’t know or care about such as too much boost, terrible voltage and a problematic throttle body, among others. Top tier attention to detail.

I'm just curious if there's any gains with an ls9 blower lid on a lsa?

Somethings off internally on that thing or the cam is stupid small. 20 psi from a 2650 on E with those heads and it cant even crack 900whp? Yeeesh

I was under the impression that the stock blower is ample for stock cubes, and the 2650 is unnecessary.

Stock blower is perfect for 900rwhp. Over that you need a 2650

Don’t Whipple make a Gen 5 type blower for these Chevy boys?? My 22GT no Chevy boy Meth” lol jk, does 777-780 whp on pump pull after pull get out put your hand on the blower and leave it there it’s warm at worse! Whipple is the Fing best supercharger out there, I’ve had 3.6 KenneBell, sounded awesome performed great but heat soak like a bitch even with a custom 9 gallon ice tank, I’ve had pro charger still heat soaks, and I see all these 2650s etc heat soaking bad sometimes although this one didn’t , just wondering why we don’t see whipples on these Camaros and Vettes, I see them on a lot of Hellcats now

20 psi to get 770whp? You get that in a 10 psi coyote

Not on a factory boosted car idiot. What’s a gt500 make on 10psi? Not 820rwhp on 93 octane. Now putting that on a non factory boosted setup where the compression is much higher it’s a diff story. LS9 is 9:1 stock.

It's sad that so many people that have no clue about how to build car can still own something fast...

10psi on a Coyote w/ a Whipple 3.0 on pump is about 680whp, on E I’ve seen somewhere around 730whp, and high 700’s to low 800’s on race gas.
