Great vid. Im a 35 year old male, 180lbs,and looking to get my first mace to improve shoulder strength and flexibility. What would you recommend as a good weight for my first mace? Thanks

10lb is a great starting point. It may not seem like a lot, but a mace will humble you in ways you never imagined.
