Great info! Thank you!!🤗 You said hold accountable. What about in cold market drop? Any recommendations on rude gate keepers? Like when they aren't friendly face to face and then tell you we don't give our office managers name. ??

This is tough. I do in home sales, and when I tried to "follow the data" my close rate fell below 10%. I'd spend an hour and a half with a prospect who would just write me off the moment I left their house. Went back to being assertive and telling them they should buy, my close rate went up to 40%.

Very useful stuff! I've personally took written notes on first 7 seconds, always thinking about next steps and asking for intros from current clients.

Here's my problem, if you have any advice. I know what you're saying about the email thing. I have a word document with a couple different emails for me to send to people. But the thing is, when I get off the phone, I have such a specific thing I want to tell to these people, I usually end up typing the whole thing out by myself. Just so it can sound personalized. There's some copy and paste in there but only a couple sentences. How do I Make the emails a lot quicker while also sounding Like I'm referring to the specific conversation we had? I mean now what I have is different subjects for different emails so I will briefly and one sentence just state the scenario that the email is for in my word document so I can kind of browse and pick which one the copy and paste.

Any tips for getting over that rejection? I feel like I can give the tips out all day but I can't seem to get myself over the anxiety. The first call, worried that I'm just being so annoying jerk. They agree for me to send an email. So I do. Even though they said they are not interested. So then I'm supposed to call them back in a few days. They already told me to f off so what does that call look like when I call them back? How am I supposed to not feel afraid?

Afraid? What is the worst thing that could happen? If you don't want to feel like an annoying jerk then simply stop felling like an annoying jerk! You are in control of your feelings. You could have the cure for cancer and some people won't want it, but would you feel like a jerk for offing it to people? No, believe in your product or service first, then scream it from the mountaintops! Go get em!
