Also CCD, catholic Sunday school where we just study the Bible. I went to an Episcopalian school for two years and catholic high school for one. After all of this, I know NOTHING about the Bible. I don’t want to know, it makes me sick to my stomach. But as far as a higher power and different dimensions....that totally resonates with me.

There is not enough room to write down all the answers for all the diffent questions, and to understand one answer you must understand the millions of other answers that lead to the solution. so when we refer to 'creation' we usually refer to that which is created inside time. But God created time itself, so he is not under the constraints of the argument or question. Because in order to create 'time' (the time of this entire universe) one must be working from a completely different time path or dimension. the main problem with the question is that it presupposes that the word 'created' (past tense) can be applied to a being who does not exist in time (the time of our universe) where things are created. So to conclude, what is outside of time? Infinity. If He is outside of time how can you have created him since he always existed. He is forever.

Try looking into multi dimensions. It’s hard to get your head around but God exists beyond time. God also sits outside our understanding of being, not by our definitions. God is far beyond our understanding, we are like amoeba and that would be like explaining quantum physics to amoeba. I’m not saying this as an excuse, He just is. Lately I've started to study the physics of time. I don't know where Mr Ross (Dr?) gets his notion that physics shows that time has a beginning. In quantum theory there is no such thing as time. Special Relativity shows us that time is relative to where you are and how fast your're going. Neither says anything about time being created. Dr. Carlo Rovelli has written an excellent book on the nature of time called The Order of Time, which explains all this in great detail. His theory is that time is just a function of heat, but he is quick to admit that many of his fellow physicists do not agree. But the fact remains that time in physics at most is relative, if not an illusion. No beginning, no "extra dimensions"
