I used to HATE doing strength training, I was a cardio girl. However, I'm finding myself looking forward to these every day! This was one of my favorites!

Thank you.....am not able to go to the gym anymore due to my health. But feeling that I am definitely doing more with the bar.....and I am enjoying everyday working out ......xx

Enjoying the Pilates bar challenge series~ Donna~ Just curious about what else (if anything) you suggest be done with your workouts…I try to do at least 30 minutes a day mixing it is with exercises, cardio, stretching, balance & strength …at this point I am doing the series & walking…appreciate your feedback!

I did this one twice thru with a short break in between. I missed the first time that you secured the straps under your hands with the bar on top movements. I was having issues with the bar rolling up my arms but finally figured it out 😅

Almost half way ! You could try lying on your side and resting your head in a couple of cushions !! Xx
