Thank you for the videos. I haven't exercised in over 8 years, not that I was an addict before, only in my 30s I was. But I exercised periodically until I divorced 10 years ago, and went from occasional to no exercise. Thank you for your videos, I was able to keep up with you and break a sweat and made my muscles ache a little, enough to keep up. I will visit your channel more often for you. I am 64, and if I can keep up, nobody has an excuse NOT to exercise. I truly enjoyed it!! Thank you ❤❤

That was amazing. It was first day back at school today and I was exhausted after a full day of fun and activities with my class. I was dreading a 30min workout when I got home but after procrastinating for 15min I just pulled out my weights and started. It was incredible and totally re-energized me ❤❤ Day 17 done 🎉

Day 17 of the 30 day challenge completed. I was so shaky throughout this workout. My muscles are shot 😂. I’m so glad tomorrow is rest day. I’ve never looked forward to a rest day in my life 😂😂😂. At this point ALL of my muscles hurt 😂. I can’t wait to stretch them tomorrow. Excellent workouts Rachel. Thank you beyond measures. I had fraternal twins eight months ago. And since I’ve started working out with you I can see my muscles definition and I’m losing weight in my stomach. Thanks again 💪🏽. See you tomorrow for Day 18 stretch and rest. 💜

Day 17 was a doozy! I just got done. Very late for me today or should I say tonight. I had a very hectic day and didn't want to miss out or miss a day so I got it done and it's 10:46 PM , so yay me! Day 17 done. Had to make A lot of modifications because the left side of my body is in pain and I’m overall fatigued 😢 I am proud of myself for moving my body today and for choosing discipline over comfort 🎉
