Hey Rachel, just wanted to thank you. You helped me getting consistent with workouts. A month ago I also picked up jumping rope. I can see progress with getting in shape and losing weight. 4 kg off at this point compared to end of June ^^ (between May and June nothing really happened, perhaps because I was eating too much lol)

Hey Rachel - my neurodivergent brain really loves the videos that have the clock counters on them for the warm-up, workout, stretching. Can you collate a collection of wall pilates that includes only those workouts? Even 2 weeks of this and I could just put them on repeat. Thanks for considering.

Thank you for a great workout.10 years ago I broke my pelvis in two places and my back and have had 2 hip surgeries and I'm pretty sedentary. I need to get moving again

Hi Rachel! I’m a newbie…I’m on day 3. I figure a video like this one will eventually help ease me into your other routines. I saw your video on tips for if your lower back hurts, to tilt your pelvis. Unfortunately, that’s not helping with the back pain that I am experiencing (I use a yoga mat that’s about an inch thick). Do you have any other tips that you could share with me? Thank you for all that you do 💜👍🏻🙋🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

Perhaps try bringing your feet lower, and if that doesn’t help I would just keep your feet on the ground whenever we do bridging work!
