Great workout Amy - I really like this combination of kettlebell and bodyweight. Not *too* intense but just the right level to throw myself into it, it's actually become a default one for me to use on days after longer workouts where I still want to get some decent weights/bodyweight exercise in. Can we have another one like this please. 🙂

You should be okay if you can maintain good core engagement and don't notice any doming or coning in your core!
