Get ready for heart pumping cardio with an extra burn! Four minutes rounds of kickboxing moves, using traditional tabata intervals of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Options for all levels.

A kickboxing workout on the BodyFit By Amy channel.....SIGN ME UP! This workout was so amazing with some of my favorite moves (side to side jabs, cross-side kick, and more) with a few new ones. Best kickboxing workouts on KZbin! I am looking forward to doing this one again on Thursday!

I usually don’t like kickboxing but loved the tabata format with it. Heart pumping and burn makes an excellent workout

Kickboxing is my favourite format …I loved every second of this workout burned a lot of calories and followed it with a dumbbell 10 min HITT …Thank u Amy❤

Love kickboxing now I don't feel like I have to be perfect I .just choreographed my own moves on the Jacks round. Fun workout that goes fast.

Loved this the first time we did it and again today. Simple moves in a fun tabata format, doesn't get much better than that! I love doing the roll up to punch, so a perfect way to end. 🤩 I had a blast! 😘

Great first work out back for me! I’ve been slacking lately due to a change in schedule and today was back to day 1 for me! I was tempted to start after the holidays but don’t want to be in that mind set anymore. The workout was great and I felt great after it!
