A kickboxing workout on the BodyFit By Amy channel.....SIGN ME UP! This workout was so amazing with some of my favorite moves (side to side jabs, cross-side kick, and more) with a few new ones. Best kickboxing workouts on KZbin! I am looking forward to doing this one again on Thursday!

Loved this the first time we did it and again today. Simple moves in a fun tabata format, doesn't get much better than that! I love doing the roll up to punch, so a perfect way to end. 🤩 I had a blast! 😘

Great first work out back for me! I’ve been slacking lately due to a change in schedule and today was back to day 1 for me! I was tempted to start after the holidays but don’t want to be in that mind set anymore. The workout was great and I felt great after it!

um it was not 28 minutes unless you included the baby warmup.
