Perfect for today! LOVE to move my body in this way. Myzone stats blue 60s w/u min break & cool. Hi green (70s) into yellow(80s) rd 1. Rd 2 yellow in low red(90s). Fun & quick. Thank you

I needed low impact today😅 this was the absolute perfect exercise routine for this time of the month 😂 I also enjoy these to do with my kids! Would love more HILIT vids ❤

My hip flexors were tight when I woke up yesterday, my hamstrings were tight from yesterday's workout and this was AWESOME. I was nervous about today but this was exactly what I needed. And 2 babies later, I always appreciate a Low intensity (no jumping jacks if you know what I'm saying😂). Thank you Amy for keeping it accessible and efficient and SO effective. Watching you keeps my focus and drive active.

I love your HiLit workouts! This was so fun! Some of the moves were even kinda like dance moves to me, especially the reach out and touch downs. This workout even kinda reminded me of your cardio party workout( which I love also!) I was all sweaty after this workout but really enjoyed it.

Today was my HIIT day, and I was concerned this may not be as high impact as I desired, but thought I would try anyway! Let me say I am glad I did. Wonderful cardio HIIT option with low-impact moves that got my heart rate up as high as your other HIITs.

I remember this one from earlier last year and I can tell you it wasn’t a favorite since I wasn’t a fan of cardio BUT you have made me fall in LOVE with cardio days and I look forward to them every week so THANK YOU! I needed this one today! I was a sweaty happy mess at the end ❤

Really liked this one, even though I don't usually like repeating circuits. This was doable for any level. I really like the low impact! Sure got my heart rate up
