Let’s HIIT it with heart pumping cardio and a little core burn! Alternate between 45 second back to basics followed by 30 second HIIT rounds, going between standing and mat cardio & core.

WOW! This was a TOUGH one for me. I pushed myself the whole time and I DID IT! LOVED ALL THE circuits they were all so CHALLENGING! Also I do like this format it kicked my butt! Great workout Amy!

I really like this format. I have loved all the giant and super sets and I’ve been “going heavy” but this was a nice change to use my 5s and be done after 45 + 30. I would love to see an abs or Pilates workout like this or a kickboxing with 3 or 5 pound weights. Thanks Amy!
