Let’s HIIT it with heart pumping cardio and a little core burn! Alternate between 45 second back to basics followed by 30 second HIIT rounds, going between standing and mat cardio & core.

WOW! This was a TOUGH one for me. I pushed myself the whole time and I DID IT! LOVED ALL THE circuits they were all so CHALLENGING! Also I do like this format it kicked my butt! Great workout Amy!

LOVED this workout! I love workout challenges like this (~30 days) that are so thoughtfully curated and allow me to just open Amy’s page and get to work! No decision fatigue, only an energizing, awesome workout that is sequenced to maximize my fitness! I really appreciate you, Amy!

I didn't have any weights ready lol but quickly grabbed them! lol This workout definitely got the heart pumping! I enjoyed the variety and all of the moves. Easily a favorite! 🥰

I really like this format. I have loved all the giant and super sets and I’ve been “going heavy” but this was a nice change to use my 5s and be done after 45 + 30. I would love to see an abs or Pilates workout like this or a kickboxing with 3 or 5 pound weights. Thanks Amy!
