It was a tough decision on Tammy's part. But she knew she had to do it. Because she knew her father was no longer himself, but a mindless beast. So she put him down like a rabid dog. In a way, it was mercy killing. She saved her brother, and put their father out of his misery.

@@miguelarcanjodossantosmore5564 Don's gotta be my favorite infected in any horror media. He's fuckin' scary that's for one thing, but he was the first infected to come in contact with Alice's newly mutated strain of the infection which seems to make the infected human more intelligent. The infected are alive and aware of what's happening but they don't have any control in it, but Don appears to be able to choose his victims and stalk them. It feels he COULD potentially keep himself from harming uninfected humans but he WANTS to kill his kids and everyone standing between them. We can see him smiling while infecting people, and later on just standing still in peace when the whole town is being nuked. Even his screams when running in to the underground metro station sound different and it feels like he is in charge of the whole zombie mob. I kinda like it that none of the things happening to Don are not directly confirmed in the movie but rather implied.

Given he pretty much doomed everyone by sneaking to his wife 's isolation room and kissed her, despite having heard she was carrying the infection, and murdered her horribly while she was strapped to the table and couldn't do anything, as well as infecting a bunch of other people, and about to kill her brother, and spud of how fucking stupid. Fucking stupid. The kids are framed in the story, which is bad writing, I'd say It needed to happen, her dad was dead

He's immune but still infected. You can see that he must've caused something at the ending of the movie when a french soldier radios in that they need help before the actual infected exit the metro station in Paris.

I love a good zombie film but fuck me! Don is incredibly terrifying, Robert Carlisle did a great job of scaring the shit out of me, i think this scene fucks with me the most and then its got to be when hes staring through the glass door at his son in the quarantine zone, the lack of lighting makes the scene so terrifying, I think i would literally shit my pants if i was being chased by Don and scream like a little bitch...

A handful of infected civilians made it through the tunnel to Paris. Andy is asymptomatic and I think he wants to be careful to not to infect anyone, unless the virus mutates to being airborne.
