That was no fun finding the yellow jackets! Yikes! My Dad and I were cleaning up a pile of firewood in the fall once and something kept buzzing around me. I just blew it off... until I got stung 16 times. That was a real eye closer! Good job on the fab project. I like overkill. I hate doing things twice. Big pet peeve of mine. Have a great week Logan. Good morning Logan, the grapple seems to work very well. Looks like it could grab 2 or 3 times more than my grapple could grab at one time. Bummer about the yellow jackets. Have a good one, Ben 👍☕️

Each grapple can serve a different purpose. That's why I built a second one. The fork grapple is terrible at clearing brush but pretty good at transporting long branches and logs. Thanks for watching and commenting!

It is good that you spotted the crack on the quick attach bracket. The upgraded grapple looks good. The yellow jackets were not good, I hope you did not get stung too badly

One of them grabbed my mustache and started stinging my top lip. I actually bled from the sting and looked like I had some cosmetic injections haha. But I'm fine now. I'll get them back for sure...

Took a while for those yellow jackets to calm down with a running chain saw. That will keep them riled up until it runs out of gas...😢

That is exactly what happened. It ran out of gas and they stayed mad until the sun went down and they hid in their hole. I got the tractor and then ran back and got the saw. No additional stings... thanks for watching and commenting!

What’s up man I hate it when getting stung.every time I brush hog I worry I’m not allergic thank god but it’s terrible when they do sting.I brush hog today and no yellow jackets.oh by the way I told about my front end loader I order and they don’t have the loader for my 2605 non H model 2wd so I’ll do with out one day I’ll find one

To me the most frustrating part of stick welding in getting the darn arch to start. The square tube looks like it will hold up a lot better. Nice work! How long did you have to wait to get the saw out of the tree?

It was several hours. About five or ten minutes after sunset, they were in their hole and not buzzing around anymore. Frustrating, painful, but no major loss other than time. Thanks for watching!
