Yes, I was wondering if something was wrong with my speaker. It was as irritating as something jabbing me in the ear.

A few yrs before you made this video my ex girlfriend and I bought a single home in the Suburbs in a smaller Canadian city. A little over a year ago things ended and the house was sold. Now I’m looking at the ridiculous prices and realizing that we never used the space enough to justify close 750k price tag it sold for. Being a single guy, this is the identical size tiny home I am looking at currently, with no mortgage and significantly lower costs in utilities and maintenance. I am really thinking of buying one for myself , even it’s just for the time being until things change, possibly using for what I initially thought of . I can recall living in numerous one bedroom condos in the City that were in the 300sq ft or less size and feeling the cozier feel of the place. Appreciate the video as the layout & appliances are very similar as I am sure alot are when you’ve got to make use of space wisely. I’d have to travel 4 hrs and get a friend with a truck to tow it to lot I’d be keeping it on which is close just outside minutes outside the city. Never thought I’d minimize like this but looking at that one I think I could do it. So many people think they need so much space or their ego wont let them downsize to a tiny home even it’s not permanently. Thanks for the video, I am looking forward to taking a look at this place in the coming weeks with my only concern being the transporting of it and how warm it’s going to be over the Canadian winters. It’s been stated it’s been insulated to withstand 4 seasons so I’ll find out soon. Thanks again.

I've watched several of your vids now and I want to say you do a really impressive job at describing the layouts, pros & cons and you have a good personna. I enjoy every one that you do. Thanks.

Like this tiny home. It is designed well and looks clean and fresh. There seems to be a problem with your mic. I watched a couple of your videos and there is a mic issue in all of them. The audio volume isn't consistent and there is a popping , tinny sound to your voice. I had difficulty continuing to listen to the audio. Perhaps a better mic would improve the audio.

As nice as it is 70k is steep for a strictly living space but as a Airbnb it's perfect.

The appliances too large, they over power the kitchen. The fireplace is a super idea. More tiny homes need them along with a real couch.

Could be a cooks home that needs big appliances

My momma cooked 3 meals per day featuring homemade canned veggies, homemade bread & desserts for 8 people for almost 2 decades with a small Crosley refrigerator with a tiny 2 cubic foot ice box that I was in charge of defrosting monthly. Plus she entertained extensively for the holidays. She didn't drive. My dad took her to the grocery store each Saturday. I was the oldest child so my other job was to help her make sterilized homemade baby formula for each new baby. Between meals there was tons of laundry to do without a dryer. Some of my fondest memories were helping her hang clothes on the line including cloth diapers and table linens. Back in those days, ie the 1950s, we ironed our bedsheets, table clothes and table napkins. Oh did I mention we polished real silver for the Sunday dinners and holidays. Nope, you will never convince me that you need today's appliances to be a real cook and hostess.

I felt the opposite. Appliances are functional and if they cook it is important. I'm in the kitchen cooking ten times more than sitting on my ass staring at fire. Fireplace is a waste of space in a tiny house.

Please add the builder's info in the bio. I am very interested in one like this. If I recall, you said in the video, it was a company in Ohio. It'd be nice to have their website (unless I am just missing it.) Nice presentation, but as others have pointed out, please fix your audio.

Beautiful place but way too much unnecessary talking. Video could have been knocked out in two minutes. Missed items: why weren’t the bedroom closets shown? Does the kitchen range have a downdraft vent? If not then that will be problematic for cooking and firing anything on that griddle the dude loves all but impossible.
