Instead of that ladder I would prefer a small set of stairs going up, and could leave the side of stair open for a lot of extra storage of shoes, seems like some space is going to waste because of that ladder and who wants to have to climb up and down in the middle of the night? Other then that really love the rest of how the house is laid out, very nice!

As I will celebrate my 80th birthday this year, I literally yearn for a tiny house, and this home would be my dream come true, only in Florida, where I chose to live over 20 years ago. This may be relatively tiny (still bigger than half of the apartments in Asia or London), but I have a feeling it wasn't cheap to build. Still, it looks absolutely gorgeous!! Would love to have one like that.

Looked at the prices and it’s between 92K CAD and 146K CAD not too bad and it comes with pretty much everything you see 🤷‍♀️ (like appliances etc.) certainly not the cheapest but for the quality and peace of mind it’s pretty good imo 😊

I love that blue couch and rug!! So pretty. The house even has a dishwasher, if you bought a portable tub it would be perfect. It's amazing how looking at it, it actually looks a lot bigger than normal tiny homes, especially with room above for headspace in the lofts and room around each bed, no struggle to make it. I'm saving this one for when I do finally get a tiny home. Thanks.

@Stephanie Bogart I immediately thought the same thing. I've been without a tub for YEARS now. Showers are nice, but a bathtub is SWELL. My favorite was this house I lived in with a claw foot tub - I often used it TWICE a day (before and after working the night-shift :)

This is a brilliant layout, one of the best I’ve seen. They’ve essentially created a 3 bedroom tiny! The kitchen is fantastic. I would ditch the TV in the living room and have a small armchair opposite the couch as a conversation space.

The w/d area makes a short hall separating the bath from the rest of the house. The mini-hall provides additional privacy. I love it each time I see the design used. Tks!

I love the floorplan of this tiny house, I agree bedroom downstairs is the best solution for people that have difficulty climbing the ladder. I LOVE this tiny! I'm a full leg amputee and to have the main bedroom on the ground floor is perfect! My fiance and I have been looking at tinys for a few years and this is the first that I can say I would be absolutely comfortable living in. I love cooking too and this kitchen looks like I could get around with ease. I'd love to see a tiny house with a bathroom that could cater for someone with a lower body disability, i.e, a shower that's easy and safe to get out of and a safe seat. It would be amazing if someone that looks at or explores tiny houses could find ones people with disabilities could live in, to give us ideas and inspiration!

As we age ...a common concern is not the vertical space but the horizontal spaces. Problem to address is how to make more storage, perhaps developing add-on spaces bc frankly those vertical spaces are just not of interest to folks who are vertically challenged. Your mkt share is among the young and the spry...the aging population need places to live they can afford. I see tons of folks every yr who cannot afford housing, for whom a bedrm, a comfy chair and a kitchen w. good, accessible storage, and a bathing area larger than a coffin would be heaven! Profile the elderly and address their specific issues ...someone...please!

This is my dream Tiny Home for sure. I absolutely love this. I live in CA and we have a few Builders here (CA and AZ) that are amazing. But this one truly beats them all in design. I am finally ready to find my tiny home and the right place to park it - so still in the searching phase and hoping CA codes continue to grow to allow Tiny homes. Love this plan! The best I have seen. Absolutely love the ground-floor bedroom. The only issue I have... there is no wood burner. Would also ad solar and a composting toilet. Then, for me, it would be PERFECT.
