Hello. This oven has an automatic function for baking French bread, which offers an automatic feature of steaming first and then baking. Why not use this function?

Because I conducted a comparative experiment before. Two identical pieces of dough for European-style bread were put into the Toshiba steam oven to be baked with superheated steam at the same time. One was baked with a Dutch oven while the other wasn't. In the end, the volume of the one baked with the Dutch oven was 1.5 times that of the one without it. So I think that simply using the superheated steam function alone can't meet the requirements for baking European-style bread with steam.
