No worries! So the instruction provided by me are for building my modified version of the shuttle but it starts from the beginning and goes through the whole model, since so felt this would be the easiest way to make sure anyone can build it. I made many changes throughout the model and it just felt way too complicated to try and explain how to disassemble and remake the new one. As for the list of parts, mine will be the list on the left, under the picture of my moc and won’t include any minifigure parts. At the top of that list it says “export parts” and once you click on that it gives you a bunch of options for list formats- I would go with XML which is easily understood by bricklink. Once you have that file you can upload it to bricklink and order the parts with relative ease!!

@@Blue_Dx I would never modify my lego sets until I got my havoc marauder and after about 10 months I did my first modification and I have modified a few sets and I have to say I cannot recommend it enough. Keep all the original parts that are no longer on the model in one space separate from any of your other parts of you don’t like your mods. It’s something you could try and if you don’t like it change it back. No risk and potentially a really nice reward

I’m really glad you didn’t go too much into the wings or sides, since I don’t have many white pieces available to use in those sections so now I can complete the entire process properly without having to compromise anything and still have a good looking model.

wow, you made this set look almost as good as the 75094 set ! I gotta say, I have the 75094 and so far I've only modified the interior (to convert it from the Endor rebel shuttle to the personnal Vader shuttle with space for some stormtroopers inside etc, And I'm tempted to steal your idea find some slopes to replace those angled part on the very front of the cockpit, it does look more screen accurate ! Very nice job ! (though the side wings are maybe a stud or two shorter than I would like)

I had some thoughts but I didn’t want to go full on MOC with this and it would have taken a lot more parts and changed the fundamental core of the model. Perhaps I can do a separate one if there’s enough interest!

First of all, amazing job. I will definitely use this to improve my shuttle :D On the other hand, I didnt saw anybody to correct you, but I think the white lamborghini you are referring to was actually a Lotus Esprit called Wet Nellie :D

@2bricks I haven't thought about the width & shape of the nose that you talk about around 5:10, but it's very true! The nose end of the craft looks so much more accurate to the on-screen model this way, ending at 6 studs width rather than 4. I got the set recently and was doing my own modifications, but if it wasn't for your modifications, I probably wouldn't have come up with it myself (and if I did, at least not for another few months or years, haha). I wasn't quite satisfied with the nose designs of the previous two Lambdas LEGO made, but I liked the overall proportion of the new one we've got, so I didn't really question the design even when I was thinking about the ways to improve it to make it a bit more accurate. This (6 stud wide nose) has certainly allowed me to modify the shuttle the way I want it to look. Oh-and, yeah, now that I think about it, Lambda's front end does look like the 80's Lamborghini, never thought of that. lol I went with some different choices with my own, but I like your other modifications to the shuttle very much also. Thanks a lot for the mod tips and inspiration ;)

I've seen a few mod videos about this set and yours is the best looking so far but a combination of mods from what I have seen of yours and a few others looks really possible for a damn good mini version of the Imperial shuttle. More than anything fixing that chin is the main goal. I'm tempted to go buy the set now along with a few more of the cheaper TIE sets too because of the mods I seen done to them. A good way to get a mini Imperial squadron on the go.

I actually had fun with this kit, correcting it and adding to it. the interior is so ridiculous - removing the brackets literally means you can seat four easily, in a manner like the current Tac-Pod design, and still have room for a 2x2 brick or storage container. With a little work you can rework the cockpit to seat two even on top, for a total of six minifigs.

I have a set by step tutorial in the form of instructions! They’re free in the description. You can tile more of the wings off using tiles and wedge plates, but for me I didn’t mind it so much so I didn’t include that in my mod

You can get the pieces on bricklink! Follow the link in the description to the model page on rebrickable, and there you’ll see a parts list, and depending on if you have the original set or not you can export the entire parts list, or just the additional pieces you need, and copy it over to a bricklink wanted list. Then simply use the buy all function to have bricklink assemble a list of all the parts you need by the cheapest and least amount of sellers! It sounds complicated but most of the process is automated and just involves you either copying and pasting stuff or clicking a few option boxes :) - oh and no, sorry I didn’t have any additional mods for the wings, just what you see here!

No you are best off just disassembling your ship, sorting the parts along with the additional pieces and then just follow the instructions as if it’s a new build

I’m not sure! You can open the digital model in stud.io and change the pieces you want to make white, then export a new parts list from there and see! Alternatively each piece in the digital model can be clicked on, and it will give you a rough estimate of the cost, and if change the color the cost will update

It requires quite a lot of rebuilding which is why I made the instructions to let you build it from scratch! It’s definitely not easy

Your rebrickable page says there are 202 pieces in the inventory, with 695 total quantity. Is that the number of pieces needed in addition to the official piece count or is that the number needed just for the modification?

That’s for the whole model if you’re building it from scratch. There are comparison tools available on rebrickable that let you see just the pieces for the mod! Just check on the page for a picture of the official set, and it will say “compare moc 75922 to 75302-1” and you’ll see.
